• you will lead the overall planning and development of the company products 
• you will be responsible for implementing engineering best practices to execute according to the roadmap and maintain productivity and product quality
• you will empower the team to meet company goals and deliver high-quality products
• you will drive projects and initiatives across the entire engineering organization
• you will work with the team to design and architect new systems, products, and features
• you will directly influence engineers in product development and architecture decisions
• you will collaborate closely with product management, sales and marketing teams
• you will ensure the team is aligned towards the same goals

• 10+ years of previous software development and engineering leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
• hands-on experience with several programming languages and frameworks
• complete understanding and experience of the product development and operations processes
• ability to deliver high-quality products within a fast-pacing, entrepreneurial, purpose-driven environment
• track record building and leading successful engineering teams, including mentoring engineers and managers
• the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
• experience working in large-scale distributed cloud environments
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
• experience with Agile development methodologies
• proficiency in English
