Planning and Coordination of Testing Activities:

The Test Manager creates test plans and coordinates their execution.

Creating Test Cases and Test Scripts:
The Test Manager develops test cases and test scripts that cover the features and requirements to be tested.

Monitoring Testing Progress:
The Test Manager monitors the progress of testing and ensures that tests are being conducted properly and according to schedule.

Reporting Test Results:
The Test Manager reports test results to the relevant stakeholders.

Risk Management:
The Test Manager identifies and assesses risks associated with testing and develops strategies to mitigate them.

Quality Assurance:
The Test Manager ensures that tests are conducted according to established quality standards.

Communication with Stakeholders:
The Test Manager regularly communicates with stakeholders to keep them informed about testing progress, any issues, and test results.

  • Strong organizational skills to create and manage comprehensive test plans.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and tracking.
