Business Control Lead Analyst

For our banking client we are looking for a specialist for the position of Business Control Lead Analyst. The person in this position is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books in cooperation with Private Bank. Key responsibilities include data control, general ledger reconciliation, earnings analysis, valuation control, and earnings and balance sheet reporting.

your daily tasks

  • Responsibility for the correctness of UAT testing results (Revenue, Cost of Credit and Balance Sheet) 
  • Participation in technological projects as a representative of Controllers. 
  • Provide solutions for varied issues that potentially impact the broader business and system testing 
  • Reconciling of Revenue and Balance Sheet numbers. 
  • Supporting business in P&L and Balance Sheet review 
  • Explaining, presenting, and narrating financial results. 
  • Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information  

your skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Project management experience, including testing methodologies 
  • Understanding and experience in accounting, particularly with Chart of Accounts and Ledger/ERP systems 
  • Clear sense of ownership and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of Banking products 
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. 
  • Analytics skills are a must. 
  • Knowledge, understanding, and practical experience in financial analysis. 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
