Senior IT Talent Acquisition Parter

Our client is an IT company, a leader in providing solutions for digitizing business processes, including managing document flow and electronic signing. Initially a startup that experienced rapid growth and currently employs hundreds of people worldwide. The company is characterized by a friendly approach to employees and high dynamics.

Your role

  • Managing 5-7 vacancies simultaneously in assign to one particular area. 
  • Full recruiting cycle, from clarifying job requirements with hiring managers to conducting candidate interviews and evaluating soft skills.
  • Cooperation directly with hiring managers.
  • Cold sourcing of candidates and seeking new channels to attract talent.
  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

What we expect

  • The role include at least 3 years of recruiting experience focusing on cold sourcing, familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, boolean/x-ray search, and other candidate sourcing tools.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, market insights, and demonstrated enterprise-level thinking (nice to have knowledge of US IT recruitment market).
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Fluency in English skills, 
  • Flexibility, adaptability, persuasive skills, organization, responsibility, diligence, responsiveness, and the ability to interact successfully with various personality types.
