your daily tasks

  • Managing a 3-person professional services sales department in the areas of strategic, stock market and business consulting
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the department, ensuring the achievement of set sales targets
  • Coordinate and supervise the sales process, including monitoring sales performance indicators and taking corrective action as needed
  • Actively seek and acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships
  • Representing the company as experts at various industry events and networking with key business partners
  • Direct sales of services, including presentation of the company's offerings, negotiation of terms of cooperation and finalization of contracts
  • Developing and presenting professional sales materials, including offers and presentations to clients
  • Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of activities on an ongoing basis to continuously improve sales processes

 

your skills

  • Experience managing a sales team, consulting or professional services industry preferred
  • Knowledge of the market and trends in the areas of strategic, stock market and business consulting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term business relationships
  • Organizational skills and self-reliance, ability to work under time pressure
  • Orientation towards achieving business goals and willingness to take initiative in implementing tasks
  • Higher education preferred but not required
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
