• Manage and Oversee Operations: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Value Added Services, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Customer Focus: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor services to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align VAS offerings with overall business objectives, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize service delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Innovation and Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate VAS offerings.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise in the delivery process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Provide quality content preparing an offers and replying RfPs.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in managing projects or operation services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project coordination.
• Proficiency in using logistics and service management software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align services with business goals.
• A customer-oriented approach with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
• Languages: German B2 & English B2.
• Experience in SAP od Integration area will be additional values.
