For a public sector client, we are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for supporting the team in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Responsible for implementing and promoting Scrum within the project and at the organizational level, and ensuring that Scrum is understood and applied within the development team.
• Organizing and leading the team's work.
• Executing project tasks with the development team according to project requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting the team's progress.
• Identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting them to the management.
• Verifying the accuracy of time estimations made by the development team.
• Participating in the creation of work schedules.

• Ability to plan team work, create schedules, and monitor progress
• Ability to report on progress
• At least 3 years of experience working in an agile environment in the role of Scrum Master, confirmed by 3 reference contacts
• Experience in managing projects with distributed teams
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and report them to higher management
• Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Confluence
• Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Agile/SCRUM)
• Good understanding of project management concepts
• Scrum Master certification
