For a global health client, we are looking for an experienced System Owner responsible for the availability, support, maintenance and data security of integrated computer systems. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring that computer systems are supported and maintained in accordance with applicable procedures. The System Owner may also serve as Process Owner.

Provide technical support and data security.
Validate key documentation in accordance with plans and procedures.
Ensuring that procedures required to maintain systems are in place and followed.
Ensuring appropriate training for system maintenance and support personnel.
Manage changes to systems in accordance with applicable procedures.
Ensuring that system inventory and configuration management information is available.
Ensuring adequate resources (personnel, including SME experts and financial resources) to support the system.
Managing third-party service and software providers (e.g., contractors, outsourcing organizations).
