recruitment process

stage 1: phone call with {skills} matter recruiter (15-30 min)
stage 2: HR Screening Interview (30 min)
stage 3: online technical interview (1,5 h)
stage 4: Hiring Manager intreview (1.5h) + decision ;)

your daily tasks

  • Responsibility for delivering and implementing new features.
  • Pre-release validation.
  • Deep involvement in, managing and improving the release process.
  • Responsibility for frontend architecture and code quality.
  • Handling product incidents, investigating issues and reporting improvements.
  • Planning, recruiting and managing the number of team members.
  • Conducting interviews and creating implementation plans for new employees.
  • Giving frequent and constructive feedback to support team development.
  • Creating and monitoring the implementation of individual development plans.
  • Conducting formal and informal internal team communication (daily meetings, team building events, birthday parties, etc.).

your skills

  • B2+ level English language skills
  • '5+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company;
  • Experience with Microfrontends architecture - Nx.js with ModuleFederation preferred
  • Experience with e2e testing - Cypress preferred
  • Strong knowledge of frontend stack and understanding of backend, quality assurance;
  • Technology stack - React, TypeScript, Jest and React Testing Library, state management library (Zustand preferred), React-query
  • Ability to deliver quality products in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented environment;
  • Leadership of successful engineering teams, including mentoring of engineers;
  • Experience in recruiting top talent;
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies;
  • Full understanding and experience with product development and operational processes.
